Question by Shawn: where can I buy a hosting server that I can use it from China?
My friend asked me to find a server in the US so that he could set up a program using as a proxy server. He is in China, and he wants to go to the American network through American IP address from China. The server should be stand-alone.
I am not sure whether I have explained it thouroughly, if you know where I can find such providers, please tell me. Thanks!
