Question by MatSarDAD: Can somebody block my IP address from a server address?
I feel that somebody blocked my IP address from the server that hosts my website. I am not able to access any other site that is also on that same server. I can get to those sites if I use a proxy IP.

Yeah, I was just about to suggest you use a proxy.
