PowerObjects, a world leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management) solution provider, is hosting a series of free webinars discussing innovative ways to add more value and productivity to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The 30 minute webinars will cover CRM ideas and topics, such as collecting information from customer surveys, email marketing tools, and different ways to use web forms. Each webinar will end with a question and answer session open to the attendees.

I am curious to hear feedback from the attendees. Microsoft Dynamics CRM users seem to really like the product, but many limit themselves and fall into a habit of only using CRM for certain purposes, says webinar host Cecilie Svensgaard of PowerObjects. There are some ingenious ways that CRM can enhance your day to day business processes, and new ways are reimagined at PowerObjects all the time. The goal of these webinars is to share our creativity and expertise, and hopefully generate a little extra excitement with CRM users.

In this video I configure Apache2 to run multiple websites from the same Ubuntu LAMP server. I configure the hosts file to redirect traffic back to the loopback address, make the entrees in the sites-available folder for Apache2 and then run the a2ensite command to load the sites into the Apache configuration. DNS Spoofing is an attack where a person forges fake DNS Responds to trick a victim computer into accessing a different website. Whenever you visit a website such as infinityexists.com the domain name is translated to the IP address of the web server. To do this your computer makes a DNS request to a DNS Server, and the server returns a DNS Respond which contains the IP address of the web server. During a DNS Spoofing attack the victim computer receives a Spoofed IP address and attempts to connect to that web server. Often times a web server hosts multiple website by utilizing Virtual Hosting. Virtual hosting is a method that allows a web server to host more than one domain name on the same computer and the same IP address. If an Attacker wants to DNS Spoof a website which is a virtual host on a web server the IP address is not sufficient information for the web server to determine which website the victim computer wants to access. Therefore, the DNS Spoofing attack will not work correct. The way a web server determines which website a person wants to access is with the Host Header contained in the Get Request.
