Question by blackpeas: How can i block a certain ip address from downloading in the the Windows XP host machine using ICS?
One employee has been downloading with emule and want to restrict his access or limit his bandwith capacity or deny emule from downloading.

There is no way to just stop it from downloading with out blocking the complete internet connection when using ICS. If you were using a router or server you could block ports to stop the emule use..

a hacker has hacked my ip address . now he is using it to download file from different servers and hosts . but I dont know what should I do ?
